This family is very special to us we have shot so many of the weddings and family portraits from the extended family for years! They were some of our first clients when we moved to Ottawa and have continued to support our business by having cute babies!! (And also hiring us to photograph their beautiful tree nursery in Mazon!)

I met Mom and Dad and F down by the river for a few maternity photos. I like to have a few of this stage in life but I know they will be outdated in a few short weeks! So I never want to make clients feel like they have to choose between maternity or newborn which is why I try to keep it to just a mini and not a full additional session.

This family has a nursery and are super outdoorsy people and so incorporating nature was really important to me and I think they turned out super cool for our late summer maternity session!

And then our sweet little pumpkin was here and we were able to capture this family in their home. They have a lovely crabapple tree out front as well so we had to keep our tradition alive of including trees!
