Ottawa Senior Pictures at Starved Rock & Matthiessen Park

Well, it's a little late in the year for senior pictures but we have a few senior sessions these last weeks of May. This one was super fun as she wanted a nature, woodland senior session. 

We headed out to the park, not realizing how muddy it was going to be. But it was fun to see the park and hike for some pictures! 

We went about halfway down and stopped at the bridge for some pictures. It's so pretty down there but this bridge is really a neat stop!

We got to the waterfall which was so pretty and nice that we had the park to ourselves. We shot a bunch of different spots and poses and then headed back up the stairs for a bit of a different feel with the trees and the sun. 

Finally, we headed out to the field for some pictures with the tall grass at Matthiessen State Park in Oglesby, IL. 

We really had a great time with Megan and are super excited for her future in college! We have fun with senior sessions and have so many neat spots around Ottawa. Contact us if you are a senior and want to get out and take some fun pictures!
